Sailing La Cruz to Puerto Vallarta

It was a bittersweet day on the water – our last sail of the season, to our final haul-out destination of Puerto Vallarta. We had fantastic wind to demonstrate the electric motor (i.e. not that much to start) and put together a video about our system.

We were supposed to get hauled out by Opequimar the same day, but they had a launch go too slowly, so we got pushed to a few days later. It took about an hour to find this out, after we already arrived at the marina entrance, so we did some electric laps in the cruise port, poked our nose out for a bit more sailing, and then got our slip assignment in Marina Vallarta.
